Adult Social Center

This state licensed program provides a safe and supportive environment for all participants. The individualized and group activities stimulate the mind and spirit to bring joy, satisfaction, and purpose to the lives of those who attend.

Our program is designed to:

• Maintain dignity and a level of independence
• Improve health and level of functioning
• Help delay the progress of memory loss or an existing disability
• Assist with daily living and personal care issues
• Combat feelings of isolation and social disconnection
• Prevent feelings of being overwhelmed, stranded or lonely

Our Adult Social Center provides a program to help meet the needs of:

• Frail or socially isolated adults living alone or with a caregiver
• Irreversible dementia/Alzheimer’s
• Intellectually disabled
• Physically disabled
• Emotionally challenged/mental illness
• Traumatic brain injury

Services are available on full or part time basis and include:

• Daily planned activities to increase mental stimulation
• Rekindle hobbies and interests
• Light exercise and games
• Arts and crafts
• Music and reflection
• Community volunteers
• Relaxation
• Current Events
• Community Outings

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
